After extensive review of factors such as cell service, proximity to water and roads, particular parcels were selected to host a Music Festival.

Here is a locator map for the Music Festival.

The parcels were manipulated and analyzed to estimate event capacity.

The city of Pasadena was interested in a Park and Walk lot. The final location is close to a lot of Points of Interest, and is also close to some public bike paths.

With the risk of a rising sea level we undertook an important investigation into the areas that would be affected if the sea rose 1, 2, 5, or 10 meters.

Because a considerable amount the humboldt coast would be affected by sea level rise, we were curious to see what type of land, be it farming, industrial, residential etc. would be affected.
